Accommodation: Spacious Open plan Lounge, Dining and Kitchen area. One super king size bed that can be split into two 3ft single beds if required, one king size bed and one bedroom with twin beds. All with en-suite facilities. Ground Floor Cloakroom. Entrance Hall provides extra seating area.

Accommodation: Lounge. Dining Kitchen. One bedroom with Kingsize bed. One bedroom with two 3ft, twin beds. both with en-suite facilities. Ground Floor Cloakroom.

Sleeps 2 ( 4 with Fern Room )

Accommodation: Ground Floor accommodation. Open plan Lounge, Kitchen and Dining area. Double or twin bedroom with super king size bed that can be split into two 3ft single beds if required, en-suite with shower over the bath.

The en-suite bathroom features an ingenious sun pipe to flood the room with daylight.
